Seven-day French diet for those who urgently need to lose weight

French women always look great - simply because they know how to care for themselves. They have their own favorite methods of body care, dietary rules that they do not violate, as well as favorite diets that help them quickly get in shape before an important event.

What food rules always follow the French?

To reduce the need for diets to a minimum, they prefer to carefully monitor their diet, and adhere to the recommendations of nutritionists:

  • Monitor the calorie intake of food,
  • Drink a glass of water half an hour before meals (we also recommend dried fruit compote),
  • Eat more at breakfast and smaller at dinner
  • Avoid frankly harmful products - fast food, very salty food, flour.

These recommendations will not only help restore the correct diet, but also improve the effectiveness of the diet.
