The first signs of age on the face of a woman appear in the eye area. Rather, the eyelid falls and hangs, the look becomes more gloomy, and you look older. In addition to surgical methods of correcting this situation and professional cosmetology, there are exercises that will help you to delay this problem or partly eliminate it.
Exercise 1: for prophylaxis
The index, middle and ring fingers should be placed on the eyebrows, while the middle should be in the center of the eyebrows, the other fingers, respectively, on their endings. It is necessary to press on the eyebrows, gently stimulating these points, but without displacing the fingers, doing a point massage. Such an exercise helps not only to minimize the risk of an impending century, but also the appearance of wrinkles.
Exercise 2: to eliminate
Place your fingers on the outer corner of each of the eyes. Stimulate this point with a slight pressing motion, pointing your finger slightly up.
Exercise 3: to maintain the result
Place the middle fingers of each hand near the inner corners of the eyes. Gently and lightly press them down and hold for a few seconds. Such an exercise helps to combat not only the problem of the impending century, but also removes swelling from the eyes and eliminates signs of fatigue.
