Yes, I would like to boast that I have always been wise, cautious, prudent and sober-minded. But alas, it is not. Apparently, only by the age of 40 we come to the realization that in doing something, we need to think about the consequences. Until a certain time, I did things that made my life go to hell. Now I know for sure that I have become intelligent and adult, and I will never do this again.
1. I do not make excuses
I do what I consider necessary and correct. I stopped thinking about how true this was from the point of view of those around me and stopped making excuses to them. My choice is only my choice, and I do not have to adapt to the rest.
2. I do not wear shoes with heels
Finally, I realized that my comfort and convenience above all! High heels, tight dress and deep necklines are all good for seducing a man or an arsenal for the wedding night. Now my favorite clothes are sneakers, flat shoes, jeans and comfortable dresses. It is in this that I feel at ease.
3. I am not ashamed of sex and physiology
In the end, I'm not 15 anymore, so I was afraid to buy pads or condoms at the pharmacy. All that is physiological is all natural. The same goes for sex. Build up a muslin lady and break well on the first date of 18 years. Now I am clearly aware of my needs, so I do not consider it necessary to hide my desires and preferences.
4. I don't say yes to everyone
I learned to refuse, without worrying that it would offend someone. I do not do what I do not want to do and do not agree to the requests just because it is inconvenient for me.
5. I am not afraid of reminding about debts
If a person has forgotten about his promise or owed me money, I boldly remind him of this. In the end, it is primarily in my interests. Why doesn't someone care about what he owes, and I'm afraid to tell him about it?
6. I do not deny that money is important to me
Love and air will not be full. In our world, money is very important - everyone knows that, but for some reason, some people still continue to build saints of themselves. I boldly and openly say that the financial component is important for me, as for any normal person. I worry and worry about my budget and strive for financial well-being.
7. I do not live by patterns
I do not divide everything into black and white, into good and bad, and sooner or later. Everyone is given his own, so putting everyone under one line and measuring all stereotypes is at least silly. Life is an amazing thing, and everything comes at the right moment.
8. I am not afraid of the new
I try, comprehend and open up new horizons. I watch new films and listen to new music, try out unusual food, sign up for self-development and psychological training courses, meet and meet new people, change clothes, get to work on an unfamiliar way. All this makes me grow and move forward.
9. I do not idealize people.
Anyone, even the closest person, is able to offend, hurt or betray. This is not necessary to constantly wait, but we must remember this, and not raise the person to the rank of the ideal. There are no holy people, and in each of us there are negative traits and negative emotions.
10. I do not live in the past
I live in the present and create the future. The past has one huge plus - an experience that helps us not to make the same mistakes and move on. Everything else is a prerogative here and now and now, because the past can no longer be changed, and the future is entirely in your hands!
